Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail for posting within the UK. International orders will be handled by Royal Mail while it is in the UK and will then be passed to the standard postal service in your country. All orders are sent by a service that requires a signature.
What is the delivery cost?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will normally dispatch it within 3 working days, although we dispatch the majority of orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. Items that have to be especially made will take longer.
Signed For orders to mainland UK should arrive within 2-3 working days from shippping date.
Special Delivery orders should arrive before 1PM from shipping date.
Please note that if your order contains items that need to be transferred from one of our stores, we have to wait for it to arrive in our warehouse before we can dispatch it. Please bear this in mind especially if choosing Special Delivery.
In the event of strike action, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery of Special Delivery packages. They will be delivered the next working day after normal service resumes.
International orders will normally arrive arrive within 7-14 days. Non-EU customers please note that your order may be subject to inspection in customs which can sometimes cause delay.
Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. Because of this customs in your country may hold a package to be examined, and we cannot be held responsible for this delay.
Please be aware that the delivery times quoted for each product are estimates and your order could take less or more time than this to arrive.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.
Returns and exchanges
We will refund or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in the original condition within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
You can also exchange items bought online in your nearest Cyberdog store within 28 days of receipt. You will need to bring your invoice or packing slip with you. Cyberdog stores currently cannot refund any items bought online however.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear, or cosmetic products if they have been used or if the hygiene seal is broken.
If you have a fault with a watch or electronic product from a manufacturer other than Cyberdog, we will do our best to resolve any issues, but any warranty or guarantee lies with the manufacturer and not Cyberdog.
We offer free returns within the UK, all you have to do is fill out the return card that came with your order and print out our freepost label which you can download here.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe, as we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
International customers are required to return items at their own cost. Please remember to ask your postal service for a proof of posting certificate and tracking number and keep it safe for your reference, as we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
When filling in the customs label or paperwork, please ensure it is marked as returned goods. If it is not marked as returned goods, then you will be liable for the customs/duty charges that we would have to pay in order to receive the package.

Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned to us without suitable packaging.
Please allow 5-10 days for the items to be returned to us, and another 3-5 days for us to process the exchange/refund.
I bought a 'Light' T-shirt, but it doesn't fit, do I have to return everything?
If you want to exchange your Light t-shirt for a different colour or size, please send us the t-shirt only. Keep the light panel and driver, as these parts are prone to damage if not packed properly.
Panels and drivers are interchangeable and will fit all sizes of t-shirts.

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

If you are in the UK, you can send your old or broken electronics to our warehouse. You can find our address on this freepost lable that you can download here
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
